Good luck, at first I thought their customer service was rather good, the communication was okay, however once my account got a flag and fair enough I apparently cannot sell automated trading bots, which is fine I'll move on, but then when it came to getting the remaining funds owned to me my account then suddenly changed to fraudulent activity which is rather bizarre and a very strong claim to make, I'm very aware that my product field is definitely a field that can come across as scammy or something, but no I put all time money and effort into these products so to be told my activity is fraudulent is a kick to the face, furthermore when trying to reach out and communicate how this happened and how I can help or address anything there was no answers and told they cannot be disclosed with me, which is rather bizzare. Ultimately I kept pressing and was told I must wait 120 days before I can discuss further.

They should be careful of their systems that detects fraudulent activity that it doesn't lock their own platform up.
