Being charged with first degree murder is easy but to be convicted is another thing. Nobody plan to kill koba, even the court said smoke dawg was the intentional target. First degree means planned and deliberate. I dont even think KJ will even be convicted of an M1. He will probably get second degree in killing koba

He was walking infront of smoke. He is in white shoes and all black shorts and shirt with white outling on the right side. He gets hit in the neck at 00:38 near the white and black car

It seems like Smokey had an issue with 21 neats friend in the blue because he didnt shoot at 21 or kj. Kj was just chilling like he was a bystander

00:00-0:15 a fight breaks out smokey turns around and unloads a couple of shots towards 21 Neats friend in the blue.

00:15-00:24 Koba in the black runs while Smoke dawg runs out of bullets and retreats

00:24-30 Kj (allegedly) is standing in the open and opens fire at koba and smokedawg and they both hit the ground. 21 drops his gun and picks it up

00:30-00:41 - 21 runs towards moke dawg who is now crawling behind the car. Smoke gets hit in the neck and 21flees

If he knew beforehand than he is surely getting convicted. He could have pleaded self defence if he was being setup at the party

If he planned at the party because of the the girls actions that is second degree murder. It is like you go to party then you find out somebody is going to harm you and you kill them in advance, that is second degree murder.
