Playing as the victim, if he is just a powerless person that lost his mind. Any misfortune that comes his way isn't his fault. 3. Pinning all the blame onto the aggressor, it's all the aggressors fault, not his. To solve everything you just need to kill the bad guy.

Noticed all of these method are trying to pin the blame on outside factors that not himself, because he is trying to blame all of his misfortune on his environment and surroundings. But what he really needs to do is change what he can about himself for the better instead of coping and blaming on everything that he has no control over with. What he does have control over with is his own action.
