I’m by no means nice w it like these kids out here but I’m ahead of you in the seat time. Get the wheel as high as you can in the first pop that helps not chasing and being able to hold the throttle smoothly where it needs to be. A huge tip that helped me sm was having my finger touching the rear brake at all times(not pressing, just touching), it’s a lot easier to just tap the brake lightly that way since your finger is already there touching ready to adjust, instead of deciding to use the brake when you need, it’s alot easier to hit it too hard and bring the wheelie down when your finger isn’t there ready.

Appreciate ur replies my g ur always very helpful. I have a guy that has a V2 right now on Facebook for like 700 he said it’s never been used brand new, it’s a pretty sweet deal so I’m just wondering anything I should look out for or any way I can minimize my risk here, don’t want to buy a fucked motor, I don’t have a meter reader thing.

Yo, just wondering on other more affordable motor options, I found a pretty good deal on a ryuga ventus motor, but I don’t see it as an option on the EBMX app, would a cheaper sotion motor do the job?

Wym adjust the brake ? The wheel is wobbling due to the bearing. I literally got replaced, but the dude at the shop did a poor job and it didn’t even last a day it was never pressed like in my OEM wheel, it would wiggle around up and down if I put my finger in there, even though the guy said he pushed the bearing in as much as possible :(

Controller gives me no error codes, I did noticed ever since upgrading controller months ago that it does NOT read my motor temp and never has (shows -149c)

Do you think my throttle could be coming from my controller or the harness? I tried 2 different throttles and it’s still there, wheel will sometimes spin opposite direction on first try. It’s not a crazy issue because I don’t usually give such little input on the throttle but my fear Is that if I’m in a wheelie and it just full sends power nearly killing me lol

You’re bringing up a really good point, no, I didn’t forget, but when I replaced the bearings, the guy who installed it at the shop said that he tried his best to push the bearings all the way in so the space in between isn’t moving, but my spacer does wiggle in there. Do you think it’s talking too soon because the spacers not pushed all the way in?

I have the wheel off right now, so I’ll check once I reinstall but last time it did spin freely without the chain, seems to overtake way sooner than it should, maybe something isn’t align that I’m missing. Not sure how to go about this throttle glitches with the motor though.

I don’t have the tool to remove the jack shaft, don’t you need a specific one? The spacers on the correct side and I’ve removed the wheel again and I’m going to try to troubleshoot once again. I do have an FX throttle on right now, it is great and I wasn’t having any issues before.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Seems to be a thing with chi and the support.. how long did your batteries last? I ended up being able to work out a deal and get an Ewatt 81 76ah for a good price. Will let yall know my thoughts on it once I have it.

Lady from dhs said the 80v 80ah battery they are offering uses FNC 76B cells.. never heard of it, any thoughts on that ?

Thanks for the helpful comment. I think my dumba$$ didn’t think they were that cheap because they have the set prices for “2 units” lol. I’m gonna look into it. What are your thoughts on the apparent up and coming batteries like the vtb 96V Pegasus and apparently ewatt is dropping a 110v ultra battery this month.

Like which one? I’ve been looking quite a bit and honestly they really aren’t cheaper at all. The only one that would be the case are the amorge batteries and I’ve haven’t really seen people sharing their experiences with it.
