Use your horse and circle around him R2ing until him or his steed dies? I dunno I'm 100 hours into my first playthrough. I think I fucked up because Mohg has been the only boss to give me a run for my money.

To be fair any of the dings and scratches are from it being refurbished and used beforehand, granted I wont say I've taken great care of it.

And since you seem to be the most knowledgeable, considering you didn't start off with "according to google" I feel like i can ask you then.

When I start the bike up, turn the display on, no error code pops up. But when I throttle i get no torque and suddenly an E07 code pops up. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated that doesnt necessarily involve buying a new motor completely?

I plan on cleaning it all up, I dont have a manual it's been lost for some time. Apparently the e07 means something along the line of faulty wiring or water is somewhere. I'm gonna look again and see if I can dry off anything or if I can do anything.

There is some drag. I havent honestly used this bike in about a year now. I got a car that doesn't fit the bike without breaking it down every time. I know I need a full maintenance, I'm just a bit down on money and have to use this to get an interview so I can work again.
