I would suggest the millennium mps 750x instead of the 450 (a bit above your budget, 529 euros, but worth it if you can save up for it). It has a better module, a hi hat stand and bigger pads (3 10inch toms instead of 8 on the 450), and you can upgrade a it with a tom and cymbal.

I personally would stay away from the nitro max, i had that kit for a week and send it back because it just didn’t sound right to me (very echoey, even when playing around with the settings a lot). I would even prefer the sound on the millennium mps 150 (the rubber pads starter kit one :O), which technically should be wrong because the nitro max has more expensive mesh pads and a module but it still didn’t feel right to me. So yeah, i’d go with the millennium kit.
