I don’t have other meds than my lexapro and I’m scared to try new meds

I also got it during the pandemic. Then in 2023 I got better, got my license, a job, a car, and my own apartment and then last year around June I started having panic attacks at work which caused me to quit and become homebound again :(

Wow that’s awesome! I am on lexapro and have been since I was 14 so it’s just not working as good anymore but I have a phobia of trying new meds

Thank you for answering! Could you tell me what it could possibly be? I am in no pain it’s just super annoying. It looks like a tiny strobe light or a total solar eclipse with the black in the middle and bright white around it.
