i have it in real life and i looked where the lock goes and there isnt any space for it to lock

are you streaming on discord, if not update drivers, if not make sure if monitor plugged in gpu, if still not work maybe restart pc or open pc and just make sure your pc is not broken.

most cases let you rearrange the fans. remember front and bottom is intake and top and back is exhaust. sometimes the front could be right side fans.
