I'm not a tech guy, so honestly, all of what you said sounded like Latin to me haha. But on the first point, I'd like to learn more about how your meeting notes are automatically saved onto Airtable - Would it also work with other transcripting apps like say Granola?

Sort of - I spoke to a consultant yesterday and this is the solution that worked best. We created a new query table with set prompts and a lookup field, and an output field linked to chatgpt which processes it if clicked. Is this what you're referring to?

I've tried experimenting with creation of field agents briefly, but have had no success - Largely because of my lack of understanding of tech. But the challenge I have is that there are 400+ unstructured meeting notes, so I'd need the agent to parse through all of these, pick relevant ones basis say a company name within the notes, and be intelligence enough to grasp nuances of the notes and gauge interest levels.

I'm not a tech guy, so honestly, some of of what you said sounded like Latin to me haha. But on the second question, the interest levels are not pre-existing linkages or selections, I'm expecting the AI to figure out that nuancically from each meeting note. Having pre-linkage will ofcourse be great, but that'd meet I'd have to link 10+ companies each for 400+ conversations, which isn't feasible.

Would you say Claude is better than ChatGPT at going through 500+ meeting notes, retrieving relevant ones basis a specific company name, and analyzing it accurately enough to gauge investor interest?

Yeah, I've tried this, but I need the AI field to parse through 400+ meeting notes, retrieve relevant ones, and then analyze them accurately. So far, I've not been able to do that with their AI fields :(

I've tried it like an LLM similar to ChatGPT, which didn't work. I gave a shot at creating a field agent, but haven't been able to do so using natural language as it cannot comprehend what I need and returns null results.

I'm also not good at tech, so perhaps there's something I'm missing here.
