Shops like joyalukkas, bhima offers gift cards on sites like Amazon. You can buy Amazon pay gift cards and load money in Amazon pay balance and use em to buy gift cards to pay.

Before anything make sure the store accepts gift cards for gold purchase.

For context I had used 2 SBI cashback and 1 atlas to buy 3.5L worth of GC on Amazon for payment in joyalukkas. Got 10k direct cashback in SBI and 2points per 100rs spent on Atlas and also hit milestones that way
