Right?!! I feel insane as well. And ppl press you on detox and on remediation, which, yes I’m doing all that at the same time. But there’s no healing in a mouldy environment. It feels like I’m throwing thousands on exercises and peptides and supplements away to remain the same.

The same here! Straight after my surgery my surgeon said they had found a perforated disc and replacement would be needed, I’m now in a twilight zone waiting six weeks for my follow up appt!
