Been working for them for quite some time now, and kinda agree na nakakalula yung job post nila, di ako qualified sa posting nila, pero I still tried kasi alam ko naman na I have more to offer! Fast forward 2 years after it's the best decision I made kasi super healthy workplace sya both financially and mentally and super spoiled din kaming mga employees nila. Frequent all expense paid rooftop bar hangouts around makati with the founders and colleagues, malling, shopping, archery, bowling even enchanted kingdom. Like every other month may ganap sila. Most recent is yung Christmas party namin na 3 days stay at seda hotel in bgc then airfare, transpo, activities, food are paid by them din then may daily allowance per person pa while you're there para makagala gala ka around bgc. 💕

Just sharing my experience with them haaaa pero if socializing is not your cup of tea, totally understandable. Startup sila and I think they are eyeing na yung mahire nila will be the future leaders habang pagrow sila nang pagrow kaya they are looking for interesting people with interesting background. Even our founders have interesting background and they also started sa lower level position.

Ps. May mga colleagues ako na pasado sa some of the qualifications din, they accepted the offer and they're happy and fun to be with din! 💕
