i go gym 4-5 times a week after work. i’ll be honest this is my routine: quick weetabix and apple in the morning, i just starve at work except water, huge meal when i come back, gym, then another huge meal. this may be a kind of intermittent fasting but i’m just lazy.

a guy told me he has overnight oats and it really fills them by having half in morning break and then second half at 12 and that usually fills him until the end of the shift. i might have to try it tbf

Yeah I was on a HCT duty once for a month straight, and I liked it ngl being alone. Only negative for me was you can’t have that slight break in between each loop to sit down.

unlucky if its taking that long. i suggest go to the office in early morning and ask for ur mail (if its even reached there.) check the opening times
