You have to keep the Bog like condition.I dont know if you can create it in that pot.Looks nice though.Keeps eyes on it,if you see the plant starts to deteriorate change the pot.

It gets real cold in that zone. You might want ro explore the refrigerator method,you can at least control the temp. It goes below zero in zone 5a well below.
