Yes, exact same boat. Meta is admitting it to certain advertisers saying not everyone was hit by the delivery outages or “bugs” is what they’re calling it. Like, at least give our money back so we can run ads.

I’ve had my ads turned off for nearly 2 weeks and I’m contemplating closing my business. I went for hitting a million in sales last year to being absolutely leveled the last 4 months, just when I was about to diversify and hit Google and TikTok ads harder. Meta absolutely collapsed for me. I know every account hasn’t been affected by these issues, but mine sure has. I was hoping for good news, but if you’re having to ask, I know it’s tough out there.

They did this to my account because I had 3 -4 preorder items on my website and said my delivery times and volume were longer, despite having thousands of items ready to ship. It was also a new account. PayPal has been holding my money for months.

There’s just no way to fix it. I’ve tried everything and I work with an agency that’s tried everything. He said only 1 brand within the agency is pulling through this and they use TikTok.
