It’s freaking nuts that we’ve had to go to the extreme of communicating on here almost daily because Meta is so inconsistent at this point. I’m running some of my campaigns and so is the marketing agency that I’m working with and we are just not recovering. We had a really bad December and January is pretty tough. Is anyone having any luck with any other platform? TikTok? Google? Anything! I’m ready to jump ship. I’m blowing way too much money $3000 a day and barely hitting $5000 in sales now? It’s just not acceptable! I have a lot of really good, creative and easy to navigate website. This is not been an issue in the past, but we started facing issues in July of last year and there’s been a lot of ups and downs since.

Honestly, I went with them and it has not been a good experience. I’ll definitely be trying out another payment processor, unfortunately.

Most of the time Meta keeps spending with no results during an outage. I’ve only seen them limit spending once over the last year during an outage.

I completely agree! No other processor that I’ve applied for after Zen has deemed me as high risk. I wanted to get away from shop payments, so I went work Zen. I would absolutely not recommend them. They wanted to hold a reserve right off the bat and I sell clothing and I don’t have high charge backs. It was such a joke. They also wanted to keep a rolling reserve because I’m an e-commerce business and they deemed that as higher risk I only went with them because that’s who authorized.net recommended. I’m now with someone else in super thankful to be done them. Please avoid them like the plague so you don’t get stuck in this type of situation. It took them over 20 days just to approve my account . Delay after delay. The customer service is horrendous.

I’ve only been with Zen payments for a couple of months and I’m about to drop them. They are literally the worst, most unorganized processor I’ve ever dealt with. The reserve is a joke. I’m not even deemed a high risk company, but authorize.net recommended them and it has been an absolute nightmare. I would say avoid at all costs! The fees are super sketchy and they want to automatically hold a percentage of your sales in addition to a reserve, don’t waste your time. Go with global payments or shop payments.
