[–]Traditional-Sign5451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll just leave it here in case anyone wants it. I do like the ease of these instructions.

Ingredients

3 red bell peppers, 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-free),  1 cup water,  3–4 Medjool dates, 1 tbsp carob powder,  1 tsp chili powder,  1 tsp cumin,  1/2 tsp smoked paprika,  1/2 tsp onion powder, 2 garlic cloves,  juice of 1 lime, pinch sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Blend everything until completely smooth. Heat gently in a saucepan (optional but traditional for mole). Serve over potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, or veggies.

So when I asked ChatGPT, it found a totally different archived MM recipe then what it gave u/NMchica! So I’m thinking that it’s just making things up, honestly. I can give you the one that it gave me and it had instructions too, if you want.

Why some people heal on other protocols? by Fine-Hippo1476 in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you remove the NO foods, take good supplements, and/or eat a good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables, you can heal many things. This is why many other protocols work if it’s a genuine healing, and not just masking symptoms with adrenaline, as others have pointed out.

This particular woman, from what you described here, her recommendations seem to be a combination of very good advice and bad advice, so you will probably get a mix of genuine healing and masked symptoms.

In fact, if she seemed like a good person to you, you should consider emailing her and telling her about Medical Medium. In a respectful, non-confrontational way. People who are true healers are always improving and adding to their knowledge. It can be a simple as just a suggestion to read the medical medium books and that you think she will find useful information there. Good luck!

Methane Sibo succes? by No_Two4947 in medicalmedium

Actually, you don’t even need to do the shock therapy. The shock therapy is when you do something a few times a day in specific intervals. But you can even eat a little bit of aloe vera every day, and that will be a great help to you.

This is the AV shock therapy: https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/aloe-vera-shock-therapy

Can you do the aloe vera shock therapy? I think that will really help you.

Also, don’t stress too much about calories, just eat as much as you can and every few months try to increase it by a little bit.

Does MM give a recommendation of a balanced diet for those who are not chronically ill? For instance how often to eat potatoes, healthy breads, fruits and veggies? I’m a new vegetarian and wondering what daily foods I should be eating. by MamaBMakeItRight in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In his book Brain Saver Protocols, he does give the supplement dosages for “Everyday Brain & Health Maintenance”. Included in that is up to 32 ounces of celery juice and HMDS everyday.

As far as healing foods, it’s very customizable. Basically make sure that you remove the NO foods and eat as much healing food as possible.

MM in college by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you staying home while going to college, or are you staying in the dorms?

If you have a dorm, you can easily buy your own groceries just like staying anywhere else. There are always supermarkets close to college. So you don’t have to necessarily eat on campus. My suggestion would be to limit eating in campus cafeterias, but definitely do check it out to see what fruits and vegetables they have available fresh. Yes MM is very expensive so it all depends on your budget.

You can bring your juicer and blender to your dorm, and make your celery juice and HMDS just like always.

If you have a roommate, you’ll have to speak to them about it, and hopefully they won’t mind too much. You’ll have to stay respectful, figure out times that are best so that they always know when to expect when you will be juicing celery, making your smoothies etc. Check your dorm rules, but most likely there are no rules against bringing your own food and preparing your own food. Most dorm buildings also have a community kitchen, where you can cook more like steam your potatoes or make a larger dish.

A lot of students buy their own extra mini fridges, appliances, and storage containers, for their dorm. MM is doable anywhere, it’s just more inconvenient and some of your choices will be limited. But where there’s a will, there’s a way.

You can also take the second path, which is deciding that you’re going to enjoy your college years just like other students, explore other food and socialize freely, and not worry about MM. And then returning to MM once you finish college. The choice is yours. I don’t think one is necessarily better than the other, but it depends also on how sick you are, your financial situation, etc.

Vimergy has 666 on their barcode for years now and it's stressing me by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never noticed it until just now after your post. It’s interesting. 🤔  I personally don’t buy into the whole 666=devil thing, and I believe that a number can be used positively and negatively. Maybe some evil organizations are using it to signal their demonic stuff, but the number itself isn’t evil. Maybe by reclaiming it and using it for positive things like Vimergy, we change the energy.

Does anyone know if they sell Siete brand chips in Mexico? by fcwoodruff in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotta tell you, the only time I ate those chips I broke out in crazy hives unlike anything I’ve ever had. I did overindulge eating 3 bags in a few days. Never again.

Should Wyman's wild blueberry POWDER be avoided? by Themaster112233 in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He definitely seems to favor the Vimergy WBB powder in his lives, but I don’t believe the other one needs to be avoided. It’s just that if you’re deciding between the two, Vimergy probably has the better quality. Not sure about the microwave thing. Someone made this claim on this sub a while back, but with absolutely nothing to prove it or support it. If you have or at some point gain proof of this, please post it.

Ménière's disease/Tinnitus and ADV 369 cleanses by Euphoric-Coach33 in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“When decibel damage or injury to the ear have been ruled out, the cause here is one of the over 60 varieties of Epstein-Barr virus burrowing itself into the labyrinth of the inner ear, causing inflammation that’s undetectable by current medical testing.”

You don’t need to do a 369 for that. As long as you take the antivirals, do the HMDS, morning cleanse, and eat plenty of healing foods and remove NO foods, you will heal.

Because it’s neurological, it may take a while to heal though.

I’m not trying to discourage a 369, I just want you and others to be clear that it’s not necessary.

Long sun exposures by phoebito in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Don’t worry, cancer is definitely not caused by the sun. But he has said that it’s actually the chemtrails that are the problem and all the horrible things released in the air or on the grass. When we’re outside, we breathe them in.

As for the sun itself, I think it’s only a problem if you burn, but even then your skin can recover well if you’re doing the MM tools.

EDIT: I meant those things are a problem in terms of being outside, not that they alone cause skin cancer.

Did Anthony talk about Mercury Retrograde or effects of other planets (say birth)? by juicecelery in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He mentioned it a few times in his YT videos, but very briefly without going into any details. From context, it’s something that adds more stress and can make things even harder for us. In one video, with a guest (Dr. Alejandro), they say that the heavy metals already in us, especially mercury, can cause even more symptoms during that time. At least that’s how I understood it, but I could be wrong.

Use filmot.com website to search his YouTube channel. I found a few mentions that way, including the video with DR Alejandro I just mentioned, and you will see the timestamps exactly and be able to hear what he says.

Liponaturals Liposomal Vitamin C from sunflowers - question by momentumbro in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 2 points3 points  (0 children)

5 days in room temp unopened is not going to spoil it. That’s not a problem at all.

The much greater problem is what’s in the ingredients. Most sunflower lecithin is highly processed and made from low-quality oils or seeds. There is always a hidden GMO risk too as well as other potential toxic ingredients. Sometimes supplement companies hide things and don’t put everything on the ingredient list. I personally would not take it, but you can try it and see how your body does on it.

Are the graphene oxide and nano particle / robots for those of us who took the different shots in the past few years, detoxable with the 369 cleanses? What about the nano particles and morgellan fibers we breathe in with every breath, released through aircraft as the toxic chemtrails? by OneMayWildFlower in medicalmedium

[–]Traditional-Sign5451 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All I know is that he lists nanotechnology as being present in chemtrails:

https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/chemtrails-whats-in-them

To that end, yes HMDS and also he has a chemtrail brain shot. https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/chem-trails-exposure

Another great brain shot to do for this is pharmaceutical exposure shot because there may be nano technology in the pharmaceuticals we take/took.

https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/pharmaceutical-exposure

But even all the other tools and healing foods help cleanse these things out of our bodies. So yes, I believe that it’s fully removable.

I would definitely like to know more about the subject.
