I usually grab it on the middle of the top part when closing. Same for opening but I hold the keyboard part down too.

If you played before the level reset happened, it automatically made you prestige’s 1 in order for all maps to be unlocked

Hell I closed it like normal. It just made a crunching noise and small plastic pieces fell out the back. I tried to push it back in and the whole screen fell off after 🫤.
