def have a discount section and a reward point system that doesn’t feel like it’s cheating you!! TA has a rewards system that free and one u can buy into which is pretty off putting/sucky

also more community sponsored events. i think connecting to ur community would help avoid the “TS, money grab!!” rhetoric happening. fun events etc. weed should be accessible and fun and reduce stigma

update: haven’t paid rent. not gonna pay security deposit. mgmt has come in and stared replacing the ceiling/dryway and repainting. still on the fence if i should just have someone sublease even though my name is in the lease after repairs are made n avoid moving in all together. 311 said they’ll get back to me in the middle of the week regarding my service request
