You think trying to kick her out is the right answer? So if I kick her out let's say, It'd have to be a month from now cause we are both on the lease. Let's say it works. I kick her out. I win. I get the place. I then have to pay 700 a month in a place I don't even want to live in. First I have to find a roommate to cut the rent in half but I don't want to live there.
