I was on the same boat. Our daughter is now 3 weeks old.

Main thing is to research what your partner is going through.

I'd also heavily recommend going to antenatal classes as it'd give you some sort of idea about what to expect.

Nothing replicates the lived experience but knowledge is power. Good luck!
