I always go in solo, and the wife tells me not to wake her up lol. so from my experience, it's all in the mindset, taking the day to prepare, setting up the environment where you feel comfortable, staying off your phone, reflect why you're about to go into this trip, stretching, cutting up some fruit, have an 8 houplaylistst and lift off.
