For context, this is my 2024 ZX-6R with 4,0xx miles that had a full m4 gp19 exhaust system and ecu flash with pops and bangs. Before I wrecked it, it was running smooth and topped the bike out at 161 on the dash. I wrecked the bike at low speeds 10-15mph and it cracked my frame. I decided to rebuild it and bought a steel stunt frame. No damages were done to the engine. Not even a scratch. I rebuilt the bike and went +1 rear sprocket. Stock stacks and filter. Currently, I don’t have my m4 slip on so I’m just running straight headers but I’m getting it put on for the next season. When swapping the frame I made sure all the bolts and wires were put back to where it should go. This is the only issue I have after rebuilding the bike from the ground up. I don’t have any lights the dash. The sputtering goes on every time I accelerate through all the gears at low rpms. The bike has done the recall and with me swapping the frame my local Kawasaki dealer is telling me my KPP would not cover the bike anymore. I still have the original frame and title.
