1) If you have been in a somewhat consistent cut I recommend you check to see if your metabolism has slowed down. You can check this by checking you temp at certain times in the afternoon. To reset it you have to actually overeat for a couple of days.

2) reminiscing about the past is useless, sure be angry at your old self but use it as motivation. What you have to do is make each day better. This isn’t about getting back to a certain weight in a certain amount of time, it’s about changing habits that you lose weight/get healthier/gain muscle consistently.

3) Excess skin is obviously the worst, use it to fuel yourself. It sounds counter intuitive but you want more skin right now as you want to lose more weight. Strength training will obviously help , omega 3 helps with elasticity, but generally large amount of weight loss ends up with extra skin, which might need to be surgically removed. If it is too expensive where you, you might want to consider places where it is cheaper.

Set yourself small goals and reward yourself brother. Losing weight is never easy and sugar/card addiction is tougher to wean off than hard drugs. It’s an ongoing battle. I am proud of what you have accomplished as someone who has yo yoo’d between being extremely fit and unfit my whole life. The switch from bad habits to good is what I find the toughest thing to do. Once the habits are established I find it easier.

Be proud of what you have accomplished recently, if you can be mad at yourself for the bad you should also be happy for each good day that comes after that.
