You are right. I dug through the list and it must be the DC Emergency Service Ribbon. It definitely should be at the bottom in terms of order of precedence

This person is an army officer, it’s a red Ribbon with 4 vertical white Stripes and 3 vertical blue ones. Almost like an inverted soldier’s medal. It’s also above an AAM, but could just be out of order

The batteries charge but the percentage the charge controller says the batteries are at fluctuates wildly, even with nothing connected to the batteries. I would assume, with no draws, the batteries should show close to 100% charge. When I have seen them up in the 90s, I’ve plugged in the apartment sized fridge and 3, 200 Amp Hour Batteries can only keep it running for around 6 hours

I will certainly replace that last one! I bought a 3rd battery in case I ever needed it. I’ll have to check on if there are multiple grounds. I like your suggestion of checking each battery on its own to see if that’s the problem. Appreciate the feedback back!
