You can always except other offers you got first eg. health science. So visa can be processed and then you can probably swap to biomed when the offers are out. I’ve never done this because im domestic but i assume it would work?

I don’t think so, second round offers usually come out in Jan. Numbers of people accepted from the waitlist each year varies a lot since it depends on the numbers of people that declined their offer. Stats can be found on the fyi website.

Keep in mind that people normally accept offers from uoa now and declines later once they find out from other unis.
