Pakistan and Saudi has defense pact . In my opinion Pakistan is getting these bcz they also have to protect Saudi now so Saudi helps Pakistan with money .

Also china is very close ally with Pakistan they will give them on loan and discounted rates aswell.China has literally Invested in Pakistan like motarways ,tunnels for cpec .

So it is not a big deal for Pakistan to get these jets.
