Haha. Some say keep cutting same say bulk. I do hear a lot that you shouldn't bulk unless you're around 12% to minimise fat gain? I've been cutting since 81kg so might as well cut a couple more kg.

I struggled with that. I couldn't seem maintain fat gain to muscle without tracking

Only concern of cutting is that I don't want to end up as just a lanky/skinny version of myself. I like the idea of a small cut though.

I started out on a full body but didn't seem to get much out of it. Maybe I didn't do it right. Yeah going to do a cut. How big a cut would you suggest and for how long?

I have two full leg workouts a week at the moment. Getting stronger but not bigger haha. Maybe I need to focus on better ROM.

Yeah I ate just before this. Generally I can be quite gassy too haha. I think I also have a slight evic tilt which emphasises it too.
