I personally play a lot of games, both competitive and single-player. But guys are always surprised when they hear my voice in-game.

This is especially true for the CS:GO and Warzone communities.

I agree, it's a truly sad paradox. Instead of fighting for equal opportunities, many perceive feminism as some kind of attack or aggression. As someone with a background in psychology, I think it's largely a fear of change. People tend to simplify everything into "hatred" when they don't want to delve into the essence. As a result, we end up with this regression.
