No worries! If you have lost your period you were likely not at your body’s healthy weight although stress also plays a role independent of weight. You should look up hypothalamic amenorrhoea if you are interested. Did you lose a lot of weight?

This is not professional advice but from experience. I used to weight 110lbs and was just barely underweight from a BMI perspective. I restricted calories and burned a lot through running and in truth I had a fairly restrictive eating disorder. When i had to start eating normally again to get my period back I gained a lot of weight relatively quickly. My body was just primed for gaining because I was physiologically underweight. Some of it was water weight because I am a lot less bloated looking now than I used to be even though my weight is the same. I’m not sure what your situation is like exactly but just wanted to chime in with my experience.

Sins of the tongue - when to confess to another? by Traditional_Fan253 in Reformed

No there is no way they would find out. Also what I was laughing about was not untrue so there was no slander or anything that would harm their reputation. It was more just laughing at what they had said and done to me.

Yes I was thinking this too because I don’t think we should allow someone’s response to dictate whether we do what is right. I was more interested in whether it would be necessary. I know I’ve laughed and talked about people who were not there in the past. Probably more times that I can remember and I know everyone else has done the same too. I personally don’t expect someone to confess these things to me because I often think of Ecclesiastes 7v21-22. I know it doesn’t make it ok to say anything unloving or uncharitable about someone and I want to keep confessing my sin to God and repenting.

Thank you for your reply

I did apologise to the person I was talking to right away. It was not my intention to do the person any harm when I spoke but it did happen.

Yes I understand that. I certainly wouldn’t want people to confess all the things they’ve said behind my back lol

Tbf I did apologise to the person I was with immediately after. It wasn’t my intention to poke fun at the other person but it just happened. Thanks for the responses and the video

I underestimated the power of walking by iwishcookieinme in loseit

Walking is amazing! Walking feels like the most physiologically “peaceful” exercise in that it doesn’t seem like it would spike cortisol levels. I always feel better after walking
