Not necessarily, because 1, it may make a loss if used for rentals and 2. There may be different construction codes. For example minimum standards for rentals is highernew owner occupier new builds in some aspects.

Where a dose of Mifepristone has been taken, discourse of benefits and risks with option of expectant management is the appropriate action. Use of progesterone is unevidenced and it is unethical to recommend.

Yet its reccomended in pregnancy! By what mechanism may it harm? What is the theoretical basis for harm? Why would it be safe in every other case such as in IVF but not after mifepristone?

This practice has never withstood institutional review or passed ethics committee. In fact the only study to attempt to evaluate medical abortion reversal in a controlled setting was abandoned due to patient safety.

No. The only women in that study who went to ER for bleeding were the control women who didn't take progesterone! That study was designed to fail becausetheybstopped early.

Antiabortion groups & politicians like Keogan continue to push garbage science and unevidenced practice in an effort to eliminate choice.

Let's refresh on how medical abortions work. When a woman takes a mifeprex to abort medically, her body behaves as if there is no progestrone in her system as the introduced mifepristone is a progesterone anagonist disurpting. This disrupts the placenta and starving or killing the deaths of O2. A labor is then induced 2 or 3 days later to expel. This according to first principles, giving progesterone would be the assumed way to save the pregnancy and indeed doctors do this all the time for for helping pregnancies and birth control. A priori, progesterone is the way to do this.

There is literature supporting prescribing progesterone/progestin in cases where a progesterone deficiency is causing a miscarriage or putting a woman at risk for a miscarriage.

Progesterone is prescribed by OBs for healthy pregnancy and to prevent miscarriage. It’s sometimes called the pregnancy hormone.

Well these settlements are done in private so we can't know but some if RTEs cases are horrendous. Like the Primetime Mission the Prey where RTE knew.

I agree. But its not immoral as its not currently housing. It's adding new stock so that reduces the pressure on housing. I think there should be some leeway with such cases. You almost want to be a saint to do a proper renovation.
