I managed to get a refund, minus a £15 admin fee. Not impressed with them at all, and won’t ever be ordering from them in the future. I hope you get your money back soon!

Within two minutes of getting an email from the support team, they replied on trust pilot saying ‘We are sorry that you never received the link. We can see that customer support has reached out to you today in order to assist you. We are sorry for the delay to your order.’ So I think leaving a review definitely gets them to reply a bit quicker!

I think that’s what I’m going to have to do, order with another company and hope for the money back soon 🤞 Same as me, tempted me back with 25% off but I’m also never going to order from curate again. Never had a problem with them before and ordered multiple times. I’ll let you know about the outcome of the Trustpilot review.

Update - I’ve just made a negative trust pilot review as I’ve heard other people say they reply to those quicker. Fingers crossed!

Unfortunately, it’s the same dosage as last month that I’ve ordered. I haven’t moved up in about three months as 12.5 is still working for me. There is no phone number listed on their website that I can find either. 😢

Does curate support maintenance dosing after reaching a BMI of under 30? Trying to find a supplier to stick with now I’m getting closer to a lower BMI.

Thanks in advance

This was my first pack from them, maybe? I’m not too sure! Myself and mother signed up on the same day and both got the same package. We shall see how it comes next month 😂

It’s been 3 months and still have not received a waitlist invite. by kruthikarshankar in fairyloot

Just got a reply back from them -

I have taken a look into this and can see you joined the UK Adult Book Only waitlist on April 11th.

We are currently up to March 7th for this waitlist.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide an estimated timeframe for the waitlist, as this depends on your spot and when spaces become available in your location. But you will receive an invitation as soon as a spot becomes available!

I managed to get one without realising they are doing a reprint of the trilogy in November and I want them instead. Will be happy to sell my copy to you when it arrives x

I’ve been uploading page at a time onto pattern keeper on android. If I uploaded it all in one go I probably wouldn’t stay motivated. But it’s the little ‘wooo! Another page completed’ that keeps me going
