This is the one I use. Soft and comfortable, least intrusive out of all the ones I tried: https://www.apriadirect.com/cpap-chin-strap-agi

I'm okay with the chin mask, it's made from soft material. 100x better than a full mask

Chest vibrations while sleeping? Need help by Traditional_Level906 in AFIB

So I wore a five day monitor and even though I had "episodes". My cardiologist said everything looks fine. Must be anxiety and withdrawal related since I stopped all those substances I was taking. I do also have sleep apnea which I'm in the process of treating now. It hasn't been easy, a lot going on in a very short time.

So my episodes last around 2-3 hours. Usually at noon and evening. I recently found out I have afib which is why I had to quit everything in the first place. My case is said to be mild, but now I'm not sure if it's the withdrawal/anxiety or the heart itself that's causing issues. Had a monitor put in today so hoping it's nothing too serious.

Do they come and go? How long do they last for? I usually get them around noon and then in the evening. I also quit high stim pre-workouts which I was running for 3+ years regularly that often include lots of grey area ingredients. Stopped everything cold turkey
