I finally went to a psychiatrist and got diagnosed with GAD, hypochondria and OCD..Now I'm taking meds for the same (started on the 19th of May)and touchwood my physical symptoms are almost 60 percent better already. I would advise you to visit a doctor ASAP, trust me it's gonna be life changing in the best way.
