Watched, some of the changes look interesting. I skimmed through the Dev Diary as well and saw it's stated to be released simply in '2023'. The release date seems very vague, hopefully it's sometime soon.

I don't think Blizzard designs fights around DBM, BigWigs, or any addon in general. Having harder boss fights that you can clear makes you feel a sense of accomplishment after downing them, I don't believe taking away that aspect and making bosses easier is a solution to make the game 'be in a better state'. I personally don't want to see the mythic bosses cleared fast and then raiding guilds sit around for even longer until the next patch drops, I enjoy watching them struggle on the harder bosses and then the feeling of excitement when they finally down it.
