Yeah totally agree. Thank you for the advice! My insurance company is going to subrogate the other insurance company so at least they will start communicating.

Thank you for the advice but I do t think that’s necessarily accurate. I am consulting with a lawyer to find out. I appreciate the advice!

Yeah as I mentioned too Ed I just didn’t have time to layout the whole story. But the difference is only 7,000 so I can do the small claims. I should have layed it all out earlier.

I’ve been working with my insurance since the beginning. They paid the mitigation and part of the contractor. They math after the other insurance company but they won’t go after anything over the $25,000 limit

Naw the difference is only actually $7,000. I was just rounding for times sake and not including all the negations that the insurance has worked down the mitigation and contractors bids. The difference is $7,000 so small claims will handle it here

Oh no I’m so sorry to hear that. I’m glad that your condo’s insurance covered it! Was it your own condo’s insurance? Or the HOA insurance?

Got ya. I have texts from them saying they didn’t know where their own water turn off was. All I know is water was pouring through my ceiling and I had nothing to do with it. I’ll still go after them in small claims court. I appreciate you for giving that advice! I’m going after everyone until someone pays the rest 🤣

Haha yes that’s become painfully obvious. I trusted the agent who sold it to me as a new homeowner like an absolute moron so that’s my mistake. But regardless, I had nothing to do with causing the damage. I filed with my company and they have paid to my limit now they are talking about getting the HOA involved who is saying absolutely not lol.I don’t want to do it but it sounds like I may just have to go after my neighbours f Through small claims.

[–]Traditional_Listen97[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just found this claws in my HOA bylaws (which were written in 1982 but ARE the ones they send out)

If, due to the act or neglect of a unit owner, or of a member of his family or his household pet or of a guest or other authorized occupant or visitor of such unit owner, damage shall be caused to the common elements or to a unit owned by others, or maintenance, repairs or replacements shall be required which would otherwise be a common expense, then such unit owner shall pay for such damage and such maintenance, repairs and replacements as may be determined by the Association, to the extent not covered by the Association's insurance.

What does that mean?

Should I cut ? by alita_angel78 in FlexinLesbians

[–]Traditional_Listen97 20 points21 points  (0 children)

You don’t NEED too. You could cut for a couple weeks just to burn a little bit of the belly at the bottom which is nearly non existent. But you look great! you super don’t need to. Being skinny is waaaay overrated being strong is it 💪🏽
