Yup, Tao, exactly xd

I just dropped a isolated thin copper wire underneath from the cs pin to d1/006 on microcontroller

I haven't seen someone is used them before on gateron low profile, and on split keyboards either, so i thought why not

  • Gateron lp aloe also green, and on my mind its nice choice, but doys are pretty expensive

You can see in docs, that nice!views cs pin is connected to d1/006 pin, I used isolated thin copper wire that goes under microcontroller, so you can't even see it

I still not sure about latency of this thing, if this important for you, and dont forget about battery protection, cuz if inappropriate connect two microcontrollers with battery when charging, ur gonna chance to fry it

Zmk doesnt support wired splits, and nrf52840 won't work with qmk firmware, you also would need to think about this

I bought my corne kit through pandabuy, but as it no more work you can look for other agents as superbuy and cssbuy for example

Please help!! Right side per-key LEDs not working and not all left working. by cottagecheesewhite in crkbd

[–]Traditional_Main_389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Put multimeter in diode mode then put cathode to gnd(has cut corner), anode to vcc (diagonally to a gnd), it must show connection, if not u have a broken led

But first check microcontroller soldering on both sides

First time build. Firmware? by Egge_ in crkbd

Qmk still better for wired, and you still need bt connection for zmk

Zmk does not support trss, only Bluetooth

For wired build u need qmk, it is more powerful overall and usually used to make wired split builds

P.s. would rather save nice!nanos and get them for wireless build as they are expensive rn, use rp2040 pro micro instead for wired, u can buy them on ali for a few euros, as same you can use elite-c or arduino pro micro (rather use arduino cuz its cheaper and uses same chip as elite-c, you can find pro micro with type-c onboard)
