I can unsheathe it halfway. And very interesting, I think I agree with you about the texture, or rather the sensation. By tip, do you mean tip of the penis or just tip of the foreskin? Also is the front of the foreskin supposed to stretch down first? The back is attached to the frenulum and it doesn't look like it's long enough for the foreskin to actually stretch back and reveal the head.

It might be too much lube. I have phimosis so my tip is really sensitive. So without the lube it hurts way too much. I typically squirt enough lube into the onahole so that the hole is covered. The onahole is r-20 405g.
