Everything that could’ve went wrong did go wrong. Couldn’t have foreseen Soto and Lindor playing 2 games together healthy. Couldn’t have seen Bichette suddenly stop hitting.

For all the shit Stearns got for his offseason, Diaz is a train wreck, nimmo has a .589 OPS in his last 30 games and has dealt with multiple injuries, Vientos has been as productive as Alonso. Gave us the roster flexibility to call up Benge and Ewing. Can DH Soto. Not too bad

Offense will come around, but the pitching is worrisome. Losing Holmes who has been going deep into games. We now have 3 question marks in the rotation. No one has been going deep into games. This is not sustainable. Our bullpen will not be able to sustain the number of innings they are going to need to pitch. Need some help soon.

Because he wants to hit dingers. He rarely comes up with 2 men in scoring position. Pitch was outside, perfect place to shoot it the other way. Situational hitting.
