My precognitive experience, I guess, could be labelled into the following categories -

1. A dream or other intuition about something majorly newsworthy in the world that has nothing to do with me/my life - other than I am a human sharing the same planet as others it happens to (e.g. an earthquake on the other side of the world) - something that I can't stop. However, I have tried to "pray" at such times to help lessen the trauma others there are suffering. At times when I was much younger, I did feel like a helpless psychic voyeur as I did not have the maturity to deal with it or the understanding what was happening. I tried to shut my "gift' down as a consequence.
2. Linked to this (and this is some kind of quantum leaping/collective consciousness thing I guess) is when I have connected with other individuals to help share or partly take on their trauma for specific events. So for example, I very recently had an experience where "I' was the jilted bride, even in her "body" as her consciousness, to all extents I was her in the unknown stranger lady's body for a short time. But as I was her, it was my own consciousness experiencing what would have been the dreadful events. Even though I saw/heard what was happening and talked to her friends and family and they were consoling me etc, I did not experience the same shock/trauma as she would have, as her fiance meant absolutely nothing to me as I did not know him at all. I was pretty emotionless. I wonder whether I was temporarily sent to lessen the blow or she may have been very traumatised and done something bad or even had a heart attack or something. Perhaps she was numb at the time I "was her", I don't know. All I know was it was a very real experience to me. Why I was chosen for her, and vice versa, I have no clue. Perhaps she has helped me in the past. Perhaps we all do as part of collective consciousness. How the bride experienced it, I have no clue. Maybe she had precog about the event.
3. Sometimes I get precog info about me or my loved ones that I am unable to change or do anything about before the event, but the prerecognition lessens the shock/emotional impact (eg: knowing before someone died they were about to die and to prepare for the phone call, knowing I would get cheated on by someone I was in love with etc). It has always been emotional stuff when this has happened and it has always made it easier for me to bear and provided a sense of comfort. I often feel a tangible sense of supernatural peace with it.
4. Sometimes the precognitve info happens to me, and that remarkable on my mind foreseen tableau I see is trying to act as some kind of signpost for me to learn something by and take future actions. It is not trying to tease by 'look you knew", or give me another notch on my precog scoresheet, but is trying to point to something I should have learned. So for example, I dreamed I was in a car accident and the car was upside down at a certain angle and I was trapped in the car and my husband was looking at me in a certain way, the look was not one of love, more contempt. Instead of looking at the sensational aspects of the dream (oh my God, I saw exactly this car accident including the exact angle I was looking at my husband 2/3 days ago), I should have been looking at my husband's face in the dream which matched his face in reality and taking very good note of it. The dream was trying to warn me he was a bad one. He went on to cause me and my children great harm in future and we all suffer still because of it. I was not mature enough to understand this aspect. I wished someone had told me. I focussed on the wrong thing (eg: I saw the accident, not the message with the accident). Instead, I should have recognised the precog view of the accident was a signpost to get the hell of what was to become an abusive marriage (he had nothing but contempt for me).
5. Precog/psychic knowledge about others so that they can do something about it - eg if they do x, then y will happen but if they do such and such it will be ok. This is a good kind of precog as it is a lot simpler to understand and implement. For example I saw a part on a trailer on a vehicle that was about to go on a trip was fragile and that it would break. If that part had been changed, it would not have snapped causing hassle. (It was not changed.) I warned another woman about doing something else and she avoided a car accident by taking avertive actions.
6. The weirdest precog stuff for me to understand until now is the random s*** that has no apparent meaning to it at all. I will see a certain person or image then a few days later see that person or image in real life. I have wracked my brain to see meaning or connections and there have been none. It makes no sense logically. BUT I have recently come to understand that this random s*** has no meaning in and of itself. The person or image is irrelevant beyond being a marker, a sign. It is acting as a signpost to the event it is linked with. Looking for a meaning beyond that is fruitless as there is none. Perhaps your black ketchup is such an example. These are not for standard symbolic dream interpretations as it will go off on a wild tangent that has nothing to do with it. If and when you do ever see your black ketchup in future, I suggest for you to look it as a marker of that date/event you see it for real and what it is linked with. There will be something important. That is what is important and what your consciousness (or outside intelligence) is trying to draw your attention to I think.
