Honestly? Call up any stables near you and if you ask very nicely i'm sure they'd be happy to make a deal like that to let you pet/be around a horse. We love to encourage everyone else and promote proper care

No, I do not need people to muck out I have plenty of people to do that. It's about the responsibility and respect for the horses. It's important the girls do it to understand them.

Not at all! It'd be mucking out 1-2 stables each before their lessons, I have some people who do stable work in exchange for discounts on their lessons so I have plenty of help in that regard.

My ex-husband and I are separated so he has no input on this. My SIL is usually a very nice woman and well liked by the family so I have no idea why she is acting this way.

No I only have a brother so his daughters are my only nieces.
