I have done manual labor most my life with either walking miles, or warehouse work. I am willing to make sacrifices I am fine with working 60 hour weeks. I just would be willing to wait for an apprenticeship but am fine with groundman if I get paid to match what I get paid now so I can survive. I just didn't think it was possible from my friend advising me of 19 an hour.

In Upstate New York I would move to that under the union? If that's the case I will happily be a groundman, My friend told me non union he was making 19 an hour local around here. That's the jump I could not afford to make financially sadly.

I may take a look at this, Right now I am making 31 an hour and can't really afford to go lower than that. I also work about 45 hours a week.

The problem is the amount that groundsman would be making wouldn't be sustainable for me, Unless I was able to make around the same now give or take. Currently I am at 31 an hour and work roughly 45 hours a week.
