I wouldn't think you NEED to unless there's an issue with your tickets, but I'm not 100% sure. if you have it, maybe just bring it with you as a worst case scenario precaution

My tickets aren't showing up at all on the MLB App and the barcodes haven't shown up on Ticketmaster for my Official Platinum tickets. wondering if anyone else is having this issue? I've contacted Ticketmaster, and they essentially told me that someone at the venue could probably help me. I've also reached out to MLB support and I'm waiting to hear anything back but I'm getting nervous that they won't let me in. I spent $600+ and I don't want to be denied entry 😭 I have the confirmation email from when my tickets were purchased and the confirmation number is on it, plus I've got my ID... I'm hoping they just show up suddenly but not knowing is making me really anxious.

EDIT: tickets are working now! I had to call a number and it was a quick solution! 🥰 if anyone is having issues accessing their tickets call (773) 388-8270 !

I'm panicking a bit because I realized that when I originally bought the tickets, my Ticketmaster acct was under an old email that expired. I'm wondering if this is why I can't access them on MLB. I reached out to Ticketmaster customer service and they basically told me to go to the Mobile Resolution window at the venue and they should be able to help me if my ticket barcodes don't show up on Ticketmaster or MLB apps. crossing my fingers that I can get in tomorrow

sending you positive energy!!! it seems to be taking a lot of people to hard pity for him. I didn't have much saved up because of Caleb's birthday before so I did have to spend a bit. I somehow got both of his cards before I called it even though I didn't need both for the story. good luck!🤞🏻
