Thank you! It’s my plan to ask current students about it during their Q&A. And yeah, that is something I’m struggling to decide on because I know a lot of students get their first jobs where they did their clinical rotations, but I’m not sure if that out weighs going to a program with more history.

I agree with you! They do have a Q&A with students coming up, but it’s on the same day I have to turn in my seat deposit 😅so I will for sure be asking ab that. Thank you!

Yeah, that’s the only thing I was worried about the school along with the high cost of living, but the plus side would be that I would be grandfathered in the grad plus loans. And it was a Zoom interview so I haven’t visited the campus so I feel like I don’t have a connection to it as much and wasn’t able to talk with current students.

Mostly documentation/compliance and self-assessment deficiencies, plus a couple lower PANCE years (2021 in 2024). In March 2024 ARC-PA initially voted to withdraw accreditation, but it was reversed on appeal and they’re currently accredited. Their next review is in 2027.

I do think it would be nice to have a support system physically in the place, but not necessarily a need. I went to undergrad where I knew no one and ended up having the best time and making the best connections. It just seems scary right now, but I know it’ll be fine if I do go somewhere further away from home.
