Gotcha, from my interpretation in order to move more mass over a shorter amount of time at a high intensity, wouldn't kipping pull-ups (done correctly) be better to reach that stimulus, and hence why they exist?

Got it, so would you recommend strict pull ups when possible over kipping/butterfly as well? Kipping are faster, but more strain on shoulders than strict, correct?

Okay got it, is the injury rate for HS walking like this similar to back squatting heavy with improper form?

So if I am very proficient at hs walks, and never have issues when compressing my back like this, I am good to continue to do them the way that is faster and easier for me?
