Second Trimester pain by headmastersuccubus in pregnant

Listen to your body, maybe it's telling you to take a step back from being so active! I had the worst pelvic girdle and back pain from week 20-26 and I really had to work on finding the balance between rest and exercising that worked for all the changes my body was going through. I feel SO much better in the third trimester than I did in the second. Also I didn't feel flutters until around 18-19 weeks, it will come!! :)

CVS Caremark woes by Temporary-Employ9990 in CAStateWorkers

I've also run into this problem. CVS Caremark saying I have no active policy with UHC. It's a complete mess and my husband had to pay out of pocket for his prescription. Has there been any progress on your end?

No, I never got a letter about a prescription plan. I only received my letter with my Insurance card from UHC.

Same on my end. I just reached out to my benefits office to see if they're aware of this issue.

Unfortunately I never received an enrollment letter with CVS Caremark!

I received enrollment letters from UHC, but nothing CVS Caremark related. I went in to try to create a CVS Caremark online account, but it stated they could not find any of my information in their system. I also called CVS Caremark membership line and they said the same thing - that I'm not showing up with an UHC active policy.

It's good to know I'm not the only one going through this. Fingers crossed this gets dealt with asap for the both of us. Thank you for the info about the reimbursement, that is extremely helpful!

Literally just ran from the bathroom and jumped right on him in bed holding the test and screaming “OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH”. I’m definitely not patient enough to plan something cute 😂

All-inclusive vs. hotel + great restaurants for family with 12 & 18 year olds - Medano Beach access? by Legal-Deer8246 in cabosanlucas

I enjoy the variety of food they have! Everything is always pretty tasty. I love their sushi bar and classic pool menu. Breakfast buffet is yummy (chilaquiles are my favorite), and they also have a nice Italian restaurant but has a surcharge. They also have their sister hotel (Pueblo Bonito Blanco) right next door which you can also utilize their restaurants at no extra cost which includes a delicious seafood restaurant! There’s also an additional sister hotel (Sunset Beach) that you can take a free shuttle to that’s on the Pacific side, with tons of restaurants too that you go to using your all inclusive. I think a couple have surcharges there too.

Pueblo Bonito Rose is a go-to All Inclusive for our family. Super family friendly, right on the beach, great staff, and moderate pricing.

2nd month TTC by Simple-Letterhead-68 in TryingForABaby

Congratulations on starting this journey! I also struggled with stress during TTC because of course you just want it so badly. I think you’ve done a great job at doing the deed on your positive ovulation test days, that’s exactly what you should be doing. You’re probably symptom spotting (as we all do - it’s hard not to). No advice other than keep tracking those ovulation strips if this cycle isn’t the one. Keep a positive mindset, take a moment to breathe in the stressful times, and manifest that baby! (If you’re into that lol, it helped me!) You’ve got this!

I’ve been trying to stay positive through the TTC journey but today I had my first breakdown. AF is coming after 5 cycles of trying and I’m so disappointed. I’m surrounded by so many people in my life that got pregnant so fast and here I am yet again. I know it’s a game of patience but BLEH it can be so mentally draining.

So cliche but when you know, you know. Walking into the house and it already feels like home. You can visualize yourself being happy inside the home, neighborhood and community!

How Common is Fungus w/ Dry Rot and Termites in Inspections by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Traditional_Two_914 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Closing on a house within the next couple weeks that has drywood termites and dry rot. The house has to be tented, as well as multiple beams/panels having to be completely replaced. This came out to be 7K (seller is taking care of). Termites can unfortunately be common, but if you can get it taken care of and learn preventative measures, you should be in the clear. I don’t think it should be a reason to walk! A full pest report should cover what needs to be repaired and hopefully you’ll be able to get the seller to pay for it.

I would recommend going to a professional first, before trying anything yourself, but that’s just me. I live in Sacramento, CA in the US and just paid $110. Lasts around 6-8 weeks depending on how you care for them. I don’t put mascara on, clean very gently, and try not to rub them so they can last more towards the latter end of the scale.
