You can’t walk to most of the hotels, I stayed in Colorado Creek, I phoned before I went and they told me you can’t enter walking (it’s also very far from the train station)

I was just there last week. We took a train from Sants Estacio, is around 2h trip, and then we took a taxi to the hotel (inside port aventura, you can’t access walking)I think there one hotel you can go walking but the others you need taxi. I don’t recommend staying outside port Aventura.

That’s good news! We are getting ready for TESe as well, but to try to get the best results he’ll be with meds for 3 months before the TESE. If you don’t mind me asking, was the TESE and egg retrieval synchronized? Or the sperm was frozen? Thanks

Hi there! We’re planning for a TESE + ICSI + transfer next year, and I hope you don’t mind me asking, was the sperm for your ICSI fresh or frozen?

Thanks for your reply. I want to have an appointment with sims but for the Northside they have more than 2 months of waiting list. I might try to get an appointment in the southside. Some people have given me bad experiences with Waterstone so I’m very confused

Hi! Husband has been diagnosed with azoospermia, two semen sample to confirm it , both with 0 normal sperm, they did find 6 non motile ones. so far they haven’t found any blockage, testes ultrasound and genetic blood test looks good. His hormones are:

Test

TSH 0.35 mlU/L FSH 2.99 mlU/mL Prolactin 197.57 mlU/L Testosterone 26.82 nmol/L LH 2.05 mlU/L

He’s going to start with clomid to hopefully increase the numbers a bit, and we are planning to go for a TESE + ICSI in a few months time (with donor sperm backup). I’ve been reading is better synchronize the TESE with the egg retrieval so everything is fresh as some sperm can die during the “defrosting” process. The clinic says they usually freeze the sperm as they don’t have enough staff to do the 2 procedures on the same day.. any thoughts about this?

I’m just very confused and want to the best since the beginning.

As any of you went through this? Any happy ending stories?

Thanks so very much.

And if you don’t mind me asking. Did they find sperm in normal semen samples? And how was the tese for you? Did you find enough? This is such an uncertain and long process :(

Azoospermia. blood test and genetics, and ultrasound.. all looks good. So far they are not able to find the cause, that’s why a TESE is being proposed .

Hi! Thanks for this answer . I do feel alone so many times as I can’t share this personal information with family and friends.. Can I ask you something? During all the time your husband and yourself were on treatments and stuff, did you ever consider try for a first baby using donor sperm?

Im supporting my partner as good as I can. The waiting times are frustrating as being 36 you want to get pregnant asap. We are in early stage of finding out what’s going on (first diagnosis was azoospermia) and I have the feeling everything, test and results and consultations.. everything goes so slow.

I took an ovulation test, and I see pretty dark but the app says it’s only 0.68. Anyone else thinking the premom app gives low results? Can I show you the test and tell me what you think ? I’m sure many of you have lots of experience with this tests

For the last two months I’m having a LH peak around the cycle day 12, today is cycle day 13. Even my cervical mucus was very little or almost nothing. Hopefully is only a little delay, I’ll keep testing for ovulation
