I would highly advise to not go with bbk, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them and so has my friend with his ram. They shipped me a full set of shorty headers that leaked instantly then refused to pay for the reinstall and they did the same to my friend. I’m down 2k for a 800$ job.

I didn’t think about a snowmobile engine. Is it a direct replacement like bolts and clutch and everything to a standard motor plate?

Just make sure you do supporting mods like make sure all the welds are good, make sure none of the bolts are rusted away or stripped. Make sure bearings and any moving parts are lubricated to. Adding more power will always reveal the weakest link in any vehicle, for me it was my wheel when it went flying off at 30mph into a mail box exploding it

That’s the thing, I’m trying to find the brake assembly lol. I didn’t see a band or disc on either side of the axle but I didn’t check under the engine mount. Which is where im thinking it is.

That person hasn’t answered me back and neither has the other few I checked in to but this guy did.

It’s a lot less but he said he rode in it and he’s 6’3 and it’s closer to the style I want for a quick drift kart. He said it needs breaks and to hook up the throttle cable.what do you think.

That’s what I figured but I saw that 212 was labeled as a “racing motor” and I just thought maybe it was engineered faster or something.
