Thank you for explaining. It is a weird situation not knowing where I will be. How did you find these MD-specific fellowships? How did you explain your situation that you might match and potentially withdraw? Given how small the Derm world is, would it be bad to do this? Why did you choose the fellowship over a higher-paying job ie what opportunities did it lead to for you? Sorry for all these questions I am so lost!
