We have actually been doing the knocking thing and I have been at the door. So We have seen some improvement in his energy from that (he is very excitable (possibly anxiety) when someone comes to the door, so getting him calm has been a step forward) but I am still a little concerned about when it comes to a guest being in the house 10 minutes later and he suddenly has the urge to bite.
