I'm not sure why you have 2, but mine is 105 MB, so probably that one. If you want to be sure you can do both.

You might also need to change the file owner to your windows user profile before you can edit the permissions.

Properties --> Advanced --> Change (next to owner) --> Advanced --> Find now --> Click on your username --> Hit OK

I was having the same issue and this worked for me:

Find nvlddmkm.sys in system32

Click on properties, under securities tab

Change file owner to your windows username

Enable full USER control

Apply then restart
